Ok so I found the guide below and have no successfully got my Storm 2 to work on AT&T. However, everytime I reboot the phone, I have to follow all of those steps over again to get MMS to work. Is there any other solution so that I do not have to do this every time?

Someone told me to go Advanced Options > Service Book and delete the MMS one, reboot, and then restore it. However, this is even more work than I would like to do. If anyone knows how to avoid this I would appreciate it!

I have research the same issue a few times. Everyone that has a 9550 can not use there mms on that phone for some reason. Wish I had an answer on that

when i was using a 9530 on AT&T, after a reboot i would have to physically turn wireless off, wait a few seconds and turn it back on, then it would find the network and re-connect. I dont know if this will help, but it's worth a try.
