-Booted up with 140.5 mb free app memory space! (Prior to installing all my apps)
Will continue to watch for other improvements like memory and battery management.
Edit:
I have now did my usual 3 battery pulls and loaded all my usual apps (Garmin, BerryWeather, FourSquare, FaceBook, BBM, UberTwitter, and Viigo) and I am comparing to straight .428.
- Booted up with 132.6 mb free after all apps installed.
- Viewing images in the media gallery is much quicker when sliding between shots. Zooming is slightly quicker but still stutters here and there.
- Web browser seems smoother and loads pages quicker.
-Bootup time is about the same. About 2:20 min.

Finally some loving for us 9550 users... i wish we had a higher build though considering the last 10 or so leaks for all devices have been in the 460+ zone..
Everything loaded up pretty quickly.
Memory at first load (after os shrink and before installing apps) - 140.6
Signal strength seems to be stronger in my home
Hope the 497 java works with this radio file, that would be sweet
Another user reported that the .497 java works fine with this radio. I'll be loading straight .451 when I get home but I'll probably sway the .497 java on in a few days. that is unless there's another (higher) leak out haha
Well I just loaded it on my phone but from what I can see already:
Has the same large blue highlights on the keyboard, quick boot up time, I am sitting on 2 more MB than when I had .428 loaded, quick (no apparent lag on rotation or going to application screen), and home icons update (but so did .428)
I have found the browser to be faster. But I'm stuck to EDGE b/c I have an unlocked 9550 in Canada - so 3G & Wifi don't work. So for the unlocked 9550 users - the browser on EDGE speeds seems a bit quicker.
I get that uncaught exception on 428 occasionally on boot. Always the phone app. But the phone works afterwards. Also, I haven't seen this error in about a month so I don't know what's up.

yes...it is always just after the phone boots and yes...then the phone works.
Lock screen works pretty quickly but doesn't have the new way of locking like the .484 java files gave us.
In those hybrids, the lock was INSTANT and showed the screen in it's current state with the words "Screen is locked. Press the Power button to unlock." .451 works the same way as it did before with those same words over your wallpaper in portrait and the blue screen in landscape. Now we know what we can probably look forward to in the higher builds.
How is the camera? I know since .428 camera quality took a ****.
Seems about the same as .428 to me. Quality's good but grainy in dark settings still. I feel like my 9530 used to take better pictures. I noticed software updates improved the camera though so hopefully we can still look forward to that.
Went from .320 to .451 and screen is definitely more responsive. My memory on boot up is now at 120 instead of 102 with all of my apps restored. Very nice so far!
Thought this might fix the mobile banking application issue but I still get a certificate error. not a huge deal.
Okay well heres what i noticed: Im running meterberry and from time to time the memory will increase by 5+MB but it'll have a negative effect on the phone performance... the phone actually lags and slows down when the memory is increased??? i'm also running optimizer i don't know if that has anything to do with it.. anyone else notice this?
