Are you waiting long enough? The browser is just slow, you might have to wait longer than usual for it to load. Try going to a simple site like Google and see what happens.
7 minutes and waiting for google to come up... says loading across the bottom and blue line is complete but nothing.... white screen....
Does anything with data work?

15 minutes and same white screen... i have never been able to get anything to appear on the browser.. i tried switching to wifi - still not working....
Are you in a city with 3g coverage? You should have no problems, my browser loads in seconds all the time. Resend your service books and do a battery pull. Also, try a *228 and reprogram your phone.
yes i have 3g coverage - or so i was told and it is indicated on the phone. i'll try the battery pull
I am on mobile and can't see what your carrier is. So forgive me for asking but who is your carrier and do you have the proper data plan for your device? Re-sending your service books may correct the problem.

Verizon - and yes, the plan is correct.
THANK you all.... the battery pull fixed it! never saw the browser before... yeah!!!
IDK, but you may want to remember that - I'm curious now...your original post states you had the phone over a month and the browser never worked...was this your FIRST battery pull?
yep... never had time to sit down and address the issue... again... i am a novice... and a bad one at that.
LOL :D That's awesome!
Battery pulls are really a thing of the past with this device. With the S1, you would constantly have to do battery pulls (anywhere from every few hours for some to 3-4 days like me) but with the S2 the only time I really reboot now is when I uninstall an app and have to.
BB's require a bit of maintenance to run optimally. I suggest you go to the BB 101 classes and learn how to do things like resend service books; why and when to *228; cleaning memory; deleting applications; closing applications; how and why to move icons. This will greatly enhance the usability and enjoyability of the device.
Quite frankly, they are like antique muscle cars or tempermental woman (no misogyny intended). Just because you can figure out and afford to pick one up - don't mean you shouldn't learn how to make them sing and fly!
That is by FAR the best couple of analogies I've ever heard used for a BB. They are 100% spot on!! Nice!
And as for the OP.....I'm with z06Mike, simply awesome! Can anyone on CB imagine going a month without a working browser or other app without trying SOMETHING to fix it? Kills me. No disrespect at all meant towards the OP either....I just think it's funny.
