    Loaded firmware 109 works, but I cannot view media card? I can only view the device memory. I have everything turned on to view the media card? I cannot load any new files or erase old files. The media card is recognized by the 9530 but not by my computer?

    Have you tried the battery pull. And while your in there, pull SD card and reinstall.

    Yes, I have removed both the battery and SD card.
