I have a storm 1and bought a storm 2. Where would I go to find out how to transfer the information?

Hook it up, start Blackberry Device Manager, and choose "Device Switch Wizard." Everything on your 1 will be put on your 2. If you want to be more selective in what you transfer, then backup the Storm 1, then restore that file to your Storm 2. Doing an advanced restore will let you choose what you want on the new BB.
