    with ota(over-the-air) u can go to the link in the bb's browser and download the file straight to the phone(usually programs .jar files or theme files)

    Just a slight variation from the other post. With OTA, you NEED to download directly to your phone. It will download and install automatically. As stated, you go to the download link from your phones browser.
