I changed the setting to 1XEV, powered down, removed battery and restarted. The error is gone for a while but it will show up again. I've power cycled three of four times and the error comes back every time.
message. Got replacement card from Verizon - same result. Had 2 different sessions with Global Support trying to register & unlock with the result being my replacement Storm is on its way. My concern now is will I get a better or worse performing handset as a replacement?
