Still getting used to it
Man this this is complicated! But I'm starting to slowly figure it out. 2 questions tough, When ever i download an app and install it i cant find it. Like weather bug, Its downloaded and installed but its no where to be found on the phone. My other question is, With normal voice mail, i had it set up so when i called it my pin would get dialed as well, can i do that with this phone? On voice mail, I dont see a icon that indicates when i have one. I guess I'm missing it?

Check the downloads folder for any apps that you download. That is where they all go by default then you can move them to other folders or home.
Yes you can set up to dial the pin when accessing VM. Go into the phone app then menu then options. Choose Voice mail and you can enter the # and pin so that holding the 1 key will call pause pin and your in.
Edit: There should be an icon up top. I believe it looks like a tape with the number of new msgs you have. You should also receive a text msg every time you get a new VM. If you don't have these then you may have notification turned off.

Yeah it does take awhile to get used to your first blackberry! But in no time you will wonder how you ever got around without it! Check your downloads or your applications folder for the apps you download....they should be in one of those. And you should be getting an icon when you get a new voicemail in the top middle of your screen. Do you have the option of haveing visual voicemail? Get it if you do it is so much better than regular voicemail!!

It took me a few days...I wanted to return it and get a curve, but I stuck it out and I'm really glad I did! You can do allot with this phone!

If they aren't showing up in the download file try doing a battery pull. They should show up after that
