No, it isn't stupid. It's your phone. do as you wish!

You have to do what you're comfortable with..I couldn't wait that long to upgrade..and I'm glad I did..IMO .113 is far superior to .75..but then again, it'd be hard not to improve over .75...
If all the hype is true, then the "official" release of .113 will be tomorrow...if not you can always upgrade to .113, give it a shot, and if it works for you, sweet, if not, you can downgrade back to .75..It's really a win, win...

Just backup your phone/apps and give it a go. You can always roll back to .75 if you don't like it. Just make sure to read the instructions for installing leaked releases before taking the plunge. Really quite simple if you just follow the steps outlined. Btw, I doubt we'll see .113 tomorrow. Just a guess.

Do which ever... I heard they there were some issues with the leaked version, I installed it but haven't encountered any problems so far(I guess it only affects some phones). You might want to wait for the official those bugs might be fixed

I have been running .113 for about a week now. I used to get so frustrated typing and now it performs SO MUCH BETTER! RIM should make it official and continue working on making it better but .75 had so many annoyances that have been dealt with in .113.

If you're still on .75 do yourself a favour & upgrade!!

RIM does not make OS updates official, they send to carriers and its up to the carrier to make it official

.113 failed. soooo they won't be releasing it. there will be a new OS being released to VZW soon...nobody knows what version it will be yet. will keep everyone posted...
