I just wanted to see how everyone has made out on requesting an exchange for reasons that the Storm has a bad screen, (EX: Not Clicking, Loose)... I made a Video on a temp because i was one of the lucky ones who had a not clicking screen in the corners. So i just want to see if Customer Service is being friendly and placing the orders or just saying we will send you a phone only no new order.

Nice vid. Shame the motherboard on this phone doesn't have enough reinforcement to do this on its own.
I'm really ecstatic about how the public finds these little problems and then fixes them... yet RIM's testers missed it. I think they need more intelligent people working for them as freelance testers to keep this sort of thing from continuing to happen.
