I'm wondering if it's possible to create a sound profile that will only ring/vibrate if a specific contact is calling or texting? Basically I don't want to be woken up in the middle of the night if someone else calls or texts, but it's important that I get calls or texts from this person regardless of the time of night.

Are you running OS 5.0? If so you can go to the contact in your address book select edit and you should see a field for custom tones

I am running 5.0. I see that field, but wouldn't that just make it a different ring tone from the rest? I'd like a sound profile so that only that contact rings when she calls or texts and anyone else that calls or texts no sound or vibration. Thanks for your help!

Sound profile...set contact alerts... Pick your contact, select a ringtone for phone calls and messages. Set them to always ring and not the default value of active profile.

I'm trying this now, when I go to the point to select a contact, I have just a few names showing up and I have many more contacts than what's showing in this list. How do I get all contacts to show up in this list?
