When I put my storm in vibrate mode, it will still make some sound when certain things happen. For example, if someone with a ringtone calls, that song will play. It won't vibrate. I have their settings set to active profile. and email notifications make sounds too. I just don't get it. Help!
Create a custom profile. I created one called "Vibrate". Then you can set any or all of the functions to vibrate. There have many threads relating to this.
