    PLEASE help!!
    when my phone is set to the vibrate or silent setting SOMETIMES not all the time it goes off and does the normal ringtone. is there any way to remedy this? i am a student and if my phone goes off during class its not pretty! thanks for any help or advice!!

    Hi, the only time I had this problem is when I set my phone to vib or silent and I had personalized contact alerts set to other ring volumes than the active profile. HTH
