There is nothing wrong with .75 to be honest. I'd be perfectly content with it. Other then a slight delay, its stable, all "noted" features work as they should, and performs for everyday use.

absolutely..Bold leakers have a set of gonads..holders of updated storm OS..they nmight as well wear a skirt
Storm launched with an OS in the .7x range. Bold launched with an OS in the .162 range. Also, the Bold has not had an official update from AT&T, the storm has.
please..these are the same people that signed a NDA with RIM, but yet speak of and put version numbers in their sig.. Risk? Why not call RIM and see if they approve..
Greatest thing about a message board.. Anonymity :)
Plus some are "allowed" to speak about things for the community. If a question is not answered, odds are it cant be publicly yet :)
I thought .6X was a launch OS? I could be wrong.
Thats what I meant to type. Fat fingered on my laptop. :p
.65 was the official release, but there were some .61's out there in the media/blogging community. But .65 was the release version. :)
No worries! I was second guessing myself lol
You guys are all so lucky .6X was even rushed to make it for launch. Can you imagine .5X at launch? What a mess!!
I couldn't agree more. I've been a member of Crackberry since January of 2008. I only have a very few number of posts, and I would have to say that it is mainly because of the complete lack of attention to community guidelines and mores.
One important goal of every community is to progress all of its members and thus itself. However, some of the members of crackberry (especially here in the storm forums) do nothing of their part. They post ignorant comments and dead-in-the-water topics that do not progress-- they just take up space. IMHO, with BBerries getting cheaper but more feature rich, OS's becoming more WYSIWYG, and data prices getting lower, more people are getting a hold these devices and then moving into the online community doing things they have no understanding of and making equally unlettered comments.
We need to do more to report such users and bring back sense of community and the level of dignity and quality with which it was began.
