The PQRS and the TUV keys have stopped working. How can I solve the problem please!

First, try a battery pull.

If that doesn't work, you probably will have to re-load your Operating System (OS).

first, stop re-posting the same thread in other forums, and second, just do a quick search on the forum. There is a big forum on here called "tips, how to" forum. Might want to check that out, but in the meantime I pulled some threads up for you to walk you through the process. Read carefully, and follow through exactly how it says.
