[Romeo III]

I tried install it but when it get to "connecting to device or jvm" it stops and wont update on dm. any ideas what to do

Just wait a while. It can sit on that one screen for several minutes before going on. Give it at least 10 minutes, which I understand seems like an eternity when you're sitting and watching the screen the whole time. So read a book, watch TV, take a walk free from your cell phone, do something to keep your mind off things. Once you hit the button to initiate the update process, you can just walk away and come back in a half hour or so and it should be done or finishing up.

i just got a replacement and trying to swap.
i think its been around 30 min.
still saying its connecting to device
