Just got my Blackberry storm on Thursday and have been testing for the last 5 days. Today I got a notification that there was a software download/update. I initiated it at about 7am today. It has been stuck on 18% for entire day. That being said, I have been able to navigate web pages and receive emails. Any thoughts?
