Yes, and as Rocky said QuickPull can be scheduled to run at a certain time. Either is very convenient because you do not have to take off the back cover and pull the battery to reboot your phone.
I prefer QuickPull because I had some problems with SoftReset a long time ago.
i installed quickpull... cant seem to get it to work..... it asks if i want to reset... cant get the "yes" to high lite... tried to set up the schedule..finaly got the time to change to what i want..but again cant get the "ok" to high lite..so i cant get it to set... am i doing something wrong?

I think you have to take it out of compatibility mode options>advanced options>applications>highlight quickpull and click the BB button and turn off compatibility mode.
yea what chuk1005 said. They just recently updated it and I had the same problem with this new version, but taking it out of compatibility mode fixed it
I'd say go with Quickpull. There's nothing wrong with SoftReset (I have both installed on my phone), but like they said, at least with QP you can schedule the phone to reboot. I have mine scheduled for 5am, so by the time I wake up, my phone is ready for the day. Ha.
will using these programs mess up your phone? i thought doing battery pulls could harm it
That was my concern too. Im glad I have the app and I love it... but Im concerned about it setting it to go off every day if it might have a cumulative negative effect...
I turned off compatibility mode and stil have the problem where i can't quite push the yes no or schedule buttons and if I slide my finger around its hard to get the highlight to land on the proper selection. takes forever. anyone have any other ideas?
