I just reset my phone to defaults, it booted up and everything appeared to be in place except my web browser. After I set it back to default settings I loaded a backup back onto the device, but still I have no browser.

It looks like the service is there, and there are options for it when I check out the options menu, but I am unable to locate it and actually use it. Anyone know how to dig that sucker up?

Options -> Advanced Options -> Host Routing Table -> BB button -> Register Now

It'll show up after a few minutes.

Or you can log into your BIS account and resend the service books from there.
