Hi, I'm sad :(, why? Because my phone crapped out on me. I went to sleep, and when I woke up my phone's clicking stopped working well and the lock button stopped going down. So, now I have a phone that won't unlock. Anyone else have this problem, and if so what'd you do? Also, if you were me what would you do? And you know what's ironic, my BestSkinEver came today. Thanks for reading...

Did you do the torx screw fix for the screen click problem? If so, you may have over loosened the screws. That can cause the screen to not click.

I'm confused, the title of this post is "I'm getting a replacement" but you're still asking for help on the current device?
Yeah, I tried the torx, not working still.
Boostedcvc asked if you done the torx fix previously, he didn't mean to try this as a solution to your current problem.
I know, might as well try though.
