Because the only thing keeping me with BB at the time was the potential of OS6. After seeing the video and learning my Storm2 wouldn't have even gotten it, good riddance. The unbelievable and sometimes unreadable comments defending OS6 is laughable. But hey, enjoy a piece of the pie a lot of people have been enjoying for sometime now

How user friendly is your android device; does it allow you to switch between apps easily or is it clunky? I very much want to get one, and especially an HTC, but am waiting for one on the order of the evo4g. Any advice? BTW, I'm a Storm 1 user at the moment. I have no real problems with it except the screen is really too small for my "old" eyes.

You press the home button for awhile, then a list of your last 6 used applications pops up. Android is very nice, but I got tired of it and am hopefully purchasing a BB again. Get a Android device with Sense UI, its a lot nicer.
But you should have waited for the OS6 announcement, so you could've decided to get the best android phone coming, the Samsung Galaxy S (Fascinate on Verizon).
That's a complaint I read about for one of the Android devices earlier on but I can't remember which one.

I'm partial to HTC at the moment. I like their large screen devices, the HD2 I've handled and even though I can't get one where I am, the evo4g looks really impressive. I haven't had any major issues with my storm1 but it's getting old in more ways than one. The cycle of life kinda, sorta.....
Ive got a Droid Inc and a Droid X (Evo Comparable) in my home along with a Storm 2. I can say that each have their strong point(s) . HTC make great devices. As does Moto. It just depends on what you need/want/prefer. But I think moving to any new Android device will seem like a whole new experience coming from a S1. Try it for 30 days and if its not for you, return it.
This is just Crackberry, just the internet, let's have peace?
Android Central is an amazing site, and if you didn't know already: Crackberry's brother site. Its not a bridge, its a website just like Crackberry.
