Did you have your service books sent again? If so and it hasnt appeared try reinstalling .75 OS or upgrade to the .103 OS (id say go with .103 personally...leaps and bounds over .75 but its not official)

Sorry to say, but the above advice about calling Verizon is what you should do.
    They'll walk you through it.

People will disagree, but I've found them to always be extremely helpful.

That's probably what I'm going to do, I don't want to mess anything else up. I've done enough damage

I know what I wrote was a lot but I think that may be the best option. The other option would be to download .86 or something, leaving .75 on your computer. Upgrade (the walkthroughs are very good on this forum) to .86 and at least now DM should ask you what apps you want to upgrage, and then your DM should like the post on the last page. Again, I know it may be a tedious process for you but this forum is great for a reference. Just print the pages out first and that way you don't have to worry about it later because you should disconnect from the internet anyway while updating.

This link gives you all the basics that you should need to do this.

Then you can go back to .75 if thats what you like best.

Its not a lost cause, just a little bit of work.

Go to Verizon and download .75 and then install on your computer. Once you do that, follow the procedure explained with pictures by devildrifterx. You will not need to reinstall the entire OS, but you will then see the other apps and be able to choose the apps you want.

I DID IT! I DID IT!

    I finally got it!

Thanks to everyone who helped get it thru my head as to what I needed to do. I got it thru DM after I put the OS on my computer.... feeling rather dumb and happy at the same time.

    Thanks everyone!

lol yeah, you crack me up.

See I have OCD when it comes to something like that, I have to keep at it until I get it. I can't just let it be and come back to it.
