Need helpl! Love the idea of Smrtguard and I've installed it, it is up and running but most times when I try and login on my BB Storm 2 the touch screen freezes. I've contacted the company but haven't received a reply, I can't find a phone number for them either.
Is anyone else having this problem? It happens time and time again.
Plus, I have no other freezing issues on my Storm 2, never have done, it's just Smrtguard. Plus, I've sent 2 messages to Smrtguard and have not received any reply. I just want to resolve these issues because I think it's a great app.
