I tried searching for the answer but came up empty handed. Please dont shoot me if this has come up before. The install seemed to go ok. Now, when I open BBMaps it says that the device is not configured for BIS or BES access and to contact Verizon. Everything else seems to work great. Anyone else run into this?
I'm not sure if this will help, but have you tried resending your service books? I believe its in email settings>BlackBerry button>send service books. See if that helps.
