I just got a storm. Takes a lot to get use to it. It seems that my emails are taking a long time to push through. If i recieve a message on my computer it ususally does not get to the storm for about 15-20 minutes. this seems like a long time. On my wifes curve she gets them at the same time as the computer sometimes she gets them on her curve first. Is there a setting on this phone to get them quicker? I am using .75 OS.

I guess it depends on the phone. I usually get e-mails on my storm before my e-mail account on my computer. Maybe try a newer OS

Re-send service books to your phone.

    https://bis.na.blackberry.com/html?brand=vzw&locale=en

Log in here and re-send ur service books. Do this periodically as well, depending on ur email issues (i.e. once every couple weeks, maybe more maybe less often).
    I usually get mine instantly.

Incidentally - what email program is it? I've noticed Gmail is usually the fastest, and Yahoo Mail is pretty quick, a close second.
Have not tried the other ones.
