Um..sorry to burst your bubble, but that is NOT Skyfire. There's nothing in the makings for the Blackberry format in the near future. That was just a mobile compatible video streaming website. Sorry dude.
Please do more research before posting things like this. Here's the website. See for your self what Skyfire really is.
Matter of fact, Mods, just delete this thread. Complete waste of anyone's time.
hes right its not skyfire close looking though.... i watched it and sent the person who added it a message asking if they knew what site it was so check back to the video once and awhile they might post the website for you!
Plans are well underway to bring Skyfire to more phones and countries. However, at this time, we are not commenting on specific platforms, countries or timeframes. To stay up to date, please subscribe to our blog.
* Android G1: An important platform that we are keeping our eye on.
* Apple iPhone: We're waiting for a call from Steve...
* Blackberry: It's an important platform and high on our list, yet not supported.
* Palm OS phone: Palm OS phones are not supported, but Windows Mobile phones offered by Palm, such as certain Treo models, are fully supported.
* Samsung Omnia i900: This phone's screen resolution is not supported.
* Samsung Instinct: This phone is not a Windows Mobile device and will not run Skyfire.
* Sony Ericcson Xperia: This phone's screen resolution is not supported.
* Other Symbian phones: We are concentrating on the Symbian S60 (3rd edition) phones. We do not expect to support Symbian S40 or S60 (2nd edition), or UIQ phones anytime soon.
Have tried it on my O2 Orbit2 (my old phone - HTC device) and it worked surprisingly well. Typically my activation for Skyfire in the UK arrived a week after I got my Storm so don't use Skyfire but they have said to keep watching their forum as plans are underway.
OP, change the title of your post, or I can't imagine anyone will want to take you seriously in the future. As a former SkyFire user/lover I can't wait for a Blackberry compatible version. But the title of your post is inappropriate, and you know it. Here, I'll get you started if you're drawing a blank for a new title, "Anyone have any info on SkyFire for BB?" there you go, and then people won't resent you and you can actually contribute to the forum, instead of alienating yourself. A win win for everyone, IMHO.
the only worthless thing is your commentary... Great now you made me useless too.
Bah ... the OP clearly made a misleading thread that should have been titled "Skyfire Working On Storm???????" OP was clearly asking for info on his own first post. This gave your hopes up and mine from the start and was a total waste of time.
