Is there a way to completely silence the phone? I want to so when I'm somewhere quiet and want to play a game or something I don't want the noise to be blasting. I tried all of the profiles and they all still have the sound.

One of your profiles should be "quiet" or something like that. If none of them truly are silent, make your own profile.

Near the upper left, just below the battery indicator, highlite the little speaker icon and then click - "Select a Sound Profile" will appear. (May need to get to the Home Screen where 16 icons do not obscure this icon.) Doctor Neutron

I think he is asking about completely silence all audio coming from the phone (apps, media player, games, etc.) not just calls, messages, and notifications.

Most games I've downloaded have the optoin to turn sounds on and off.
