Couple of questions...

1) What are they?
2) Are they coming with the mail orders?
3) Where do you get them?

Service books are what the providers use to provision the data on your account..
Browser, data, email and so forth, the server was having a hard time keeping up with the gazillion service book requests this morning that came flooding in all at once, the network never went down, there were just a bunch of brand new BB's that could only make phone calls.....And it serves the Bogarts right...
