when my storm goes to sleep the screen won't come back. I called tech support and they couldn't figure it out so they're sending me another storm. I think this will be my seventh. Does anyone know what I could do to get this back up so I can use it until my replacement arrives?
Mine recently started doing this too, but only when I take from the holster (kind with a magnet to lock the screen). However if I press the screen or hit any button it comes back.
What happens after a battery pull? If this is anything like the issue I just had, any time the phone went to sleep, it would never come back. Doing a battery pull would make everything fine, until it went back to sleep, then black screen. What OS are you running?
