I have a BB Storm 9530 and tether it to my Dell PC running Windows XP using BB desktop manager. It connects fine and the speed is good but then any web page I'm viewing starts pulsating so frequently that I cannot type anything. I finally have to close the web page, log off the internet, and close desktop manager, then start the process all over again. After several times of doing this, it finally stops the pulsating. It seems as though when I'm connected, something else is trying to access the dial up connection in the background. Can someone shed some light on this?
