I received a new in box 9550 as an insurance replacement and have had no issues...except the screen seems to have a "squeek" sound when I type. It is not the keytone it sounds almost like a spring that has not been oiled on a car. and in quiet environments (like my meetings) it's distracting enough to actually stop the meeting while they wait for me to finish my email.
Any ideas? I did call Insurion and they will send me a new one to see if its a phone defect.
