well....ive had my storm 2 for about 2 to 3 weeks now and i like the phone but ever since i got it its been cuttin off if i take the bak 2 hard or push the screen in 2 hard...so ive been real careful making sure not 2 drop it....but 2 day i came in from work and i had alot of things in my hand and BAM my phone falls right out my pocket and hits my floor...next thing i kno the bottom row of buttons or the top buttons will not work anymore...now i have insurance on the fone but i was wondering if i do the 30 day thing r they going 2 charge me? and can i call verizon and tell them 2 send me a new one or will they charge me because this phone costs 2 much money 2 b paying for a already ****ed up phone that they sent me...lemme kno plz
Did you do a battery pull? I know that sounds obvious bit I would pull the battery a few times to see if it will reset properly...if not that's why you bought the ins. Good luck.
