    not sure why but in the last day or so the phone always has the back light on even after a few minutes of not using. This would be cool except its killing the battery...any ideas?

    happened to a lot of us - try a battery pull first to see if that solves the problem

    did a backup/ restore in desktop manager then a hard reset (always do after a backup/ restore and it works like a champion
