Sales/Account Manager - Synchronize Apps?

Im sorry if I am blind and this is RIGHT in front of me, which I will be pretty pissed if it is. I am looking for something to completely synchronize my life/work. I am in Field Sales and would really like a program I might be able to import prospects in to from my spreadsheets/CRM app and post follow up reminders, notes, etc and possibly re-synchronize. I have a lot of windshield time and having my lists with essentially click-to-dial would make getting my appts a lot more convenient.

I did see that one app that will post follow up reminders from email, but I a rarely write my emails from my storm. Any suggestions?
