    I have run the Diagnostic Test and I am getting the following message:

    Run Diagnostic Test: APN List Empty!

    I cannot use any web functions at all.

    Please help!!!

    are you using verizon?

    i'm using an unlocked 9500 on tmobile and the web works just fine with the APN list empty.

    Call your service provider to determine if you need to have something listed under APN.
