I was wondering if there was an rss app out there that you can set to check for new feed posts and display new notifications on the home screen .. Similar to receiving an sms or email. I was using viigo on my pearl before and up vise but I'm not sure that they are capable of this

my girlfriend has an rss app that does what i'm looking for .. but unfortunately she has an iphone
