Okay, I've searched google AND the forums, and I can't really find the answer to this question, if it's here somewhere, I'm sorry for repeating the question.

So, the question is:
I have custom ringtones set for a few of my contacts, but is there a way that I can make a new profile that IGNORES these?
Example: I like to have a profile for work that doesn't vibrate, only ring quietly, and it's a generic ring (Notifier BBpro 5 to be exact). But when anyone calls I want it to ring with this ring and ignore the custom ringtones. Is that even possible?

thanks for the link, but the storm actually has a completely different interface for the profiles section. I have yet to find out how to do exceptions.

If anyone knows the answer to this, please please please let me know

(I also think this would solve the issues everyone has been having of the custom ringtones coming up through the vibrate profile)
