Just put the music you want on an sd card and set them as ringtone. Its free and great quality.

I think the quality is great. I'm happy with the ones I've made.

But with this method the song starts from the beginning. Creating your own lets you choose what part of the song. Oh and cellsea is free, you just have to create an account.
