    I have transferred the sd card from my old 9530 to new 9530.... everything transferred fine, except for the ringtones bought from Verizon. The ringtones show up in the folder, but will not play. All other ringtones work fine, just the Verizon bought ones. Anyone have any ideas on how to get these ringtones to work?

    Call vzw and tell them. You will have to re pay for them buy they will credit your account. I had to do that for mine.
