After I downloaded the new software for my Blackberry Storm v4.7 version now the ringtone for my text messages doesnt always work. It defaults back the original ringtone and then back to what song I set it to off and on all day long. It doesnt stop no matter how many times I try to reset the ringtone to what I want it to. Please can somebody tell me what I can do to fix this! I am a technician at a wireless store and I cant even figure it out!
I had the same problem when I first got my 8330. I was running the previous version of software. I pulled my SD card out and put it back in and it fixed the problem. No problems with it since I updated my software.
