    I am new to the storm and I am having a problem with my email. I can send and receive email but I get the following message everytime I receive or send an email. I am using my company MS outlook account.

    "From: network@etp 1107. etp.na.blackberry.net
    RIM_(followed by a bunch of numbers and letters)"
    This message is used to carry data between the blackberry handheld and an associated server. Please do not deleate, move or respond to this message-it will be processed by the server" Followed by a ton of other info.

    How can I stop this from happing? Any help is appreciated.

    You are running your blackberry redirector. Turn it off and the problem goes away.
