    Title. Does anyone know how to do this so I can use 3jam on my PC with all my contacts?
    It says I can sync from outlook or gmail. How can I put my contacts in one of those?

    Use Blackberry Desktop Manager to sync your contacts to outlook. You can then sync them to Gmail.

    Open up DM and click the Synchronize tab. Then under configuration click Synchronization and then synchronization to the right. Now select the address book and click setup. Select Microsoft Outlook from the list and click next. Choose two way sync on the next page (that way you can do changes on both your computer and BB and they will show on both devices). Select your outlook user profile where you want the address book to sync. Finally click finish and you should be able to sync your contacts with outlook.
