In trying to track down an issue I was having with Missing Sync for BB, I accidentally set all of my default permissions to "Allow", and previously they were set to 'Custom'...

How do I get my application permissions set back to their original state? I'm assuming I have now altered the state of my applications.

Custom just means you had some mix of Allow and Deny. Setting all to Allow won't disable any function, and is unlikely to make any noticeable difference.
