I went to bed last night with my storm next to me. (this is how much i love this phone)
Well i woke up this morning and the screen detects my touch, but does not detect presses at all. I've tried multiple battery pulls, but i have not downgraded the OS, because i really do not believe that would help because it wasn't an issue in the past.
If i go to verizon to exchange it, will it be free or will it cost more money? I have insurance with my phone, but i'm not sure if i'm willing to spend a lot of money for that replacement.(i'll probably end up doing it anyway.. as much as i'm complaining. =/ )
Also should i downgrade my OS back? Or will they usually not be able to tell.
