if i get a replacement storm will it be new or refurb? do you think it will have as few bugs as the one i have now? i got this one on nov. 21. if i get a new one through asurion will it be new? thanks

95% of the time you will get a refurb. Those reps DO have the power to send you a brand new phone, but most of them have their head shoved way too far up their ***. So you can try and ask nicely, but don't expect that to get you anywhere.

Yeah sometimes tho the refurbs work quite well. some better than the new.
