I just received a replacement Storm 2. I did a restore from my old device but My new phone is stuck on roam.

I think Verizon is having issues tonight. I spoke to a rep because i was stuck on an extended network and thought it was device related. It appears that she was having the same issue. My wife's phone as well. Went outside and got on the Verizin network and could not make calls from it.

Did you call Verizon to activate it? DM just restores your setting, apps. media, etc.
