    When I'm in DM and go to Apploader>Update Software> it shows:
    Blackberry 4.7 4.7.0.65
    Blackberry Software 4.7 (Current) 4.7.0.75
    Blackberry 4.7.0.107 for 9530 (Current) 4. 7.0.75

    Does this mean that .107 was installed on this replacement and could it be why I can't back up my 3rd party applications?

    I need help!

    Nope. You have the latest official VZW OS installed. the .107 is the platform # for OS 4.7.0.75.

    I would however, highly recommend upgrading to the 4.7.0.109 beta.
