can someone pls give a list of which applications can be removed from the storm.

sorry if this is obvious/stupid question im a noob, but would like to be able to free up some memory space.

also is there a way to tell when apps are running in the background?

Load up the blue disk and came with the phone and launch Application Loader.

U can delete the Alps u don't want. Also set the right convienence key to be application switcher and
You should only have 5 apps in the list. Messaging, bbm, browser, home screen, and phone!
You can close the apps you don't require
