How do you remove Quincy in plain simple terms
I'm guessing you forgot to delete the "BlackBerry Internal Apps for RIM" from the Add/Remove Programs on your computer before installing the OS on your device.

Yes I did not know where to find it so I took it was not there so how do I fix this please explain to me in plain simple english so I know what to look for.
Thanks...
Basically, you'll need to delete the internal apps program and then reinstall the OS (minus internal apps) onto your phone. Make sure to do your back ups and such before hand though if you do a clean install (which I recommend).
To remove it on Vista, go to Start> Control Panel> Programs>Uninstall a Program> Look for and highlight "BlackBerry Internal Apps for RIM"> Click Uninstall.
To remove it on XP, go to Start> Control Panel> Add or Remove Programs> Find and highlight "BlackBerry Internal Apps for RIM"> Click Remove.
Then just reinstall the OS and restore any backups.

I'd just leave it alone. This way RIM can see how bad buggy this OS is.
