I have the reload software 507 error message. It doesn't matter whether I use the apploader or the dm I keep getting this error
UNABLE TO RECONNECT TO THE DEVICE DURING A MULTI-STAGE LOAD OPERATION.

What does this mean and how can I fix it? I've gone through all the threads on crackberry.com that have to do with unnuking a berry.

Have you tried...
-wipe with jl_cmder
-uninstalling all OS from your computer?
-reinstall OS
-restart your computer?
-then connect the Storm to your computer...

just the basics... what OS are you trying to load?
